Finding Inspiration in Every Swing
This is a long-time dream come true for us. With varied backgrounds, we both had aspirations of owning our own businesses. Not just businesses, but ones that could inspire others and make an impact on our communities. This is the foundation on which Future Stars Fastpitch League was founded.
Our Story
Our story is unique to us in every way. Around 2021, we met working in corporate America as co-workers in a rapidly expanding industry during the pandemic. On separate sides of the coin, there was limited positive interaction between us due to our job duties. We were familiar with each other, but did not directly work together.

In 2022, after the business world started normalizing post-pandemic, decisions at the company resulted in staff changes. During this time, the business relationship was severed, and no contact was made between us until mid-2025 when we reconnected via social media.

This reconnection ignited a desire for both of us to step away from corporate America and use our passions and skills to create a business that would have a lasting impact on others. Through hours of discussion, we were able to combine a love for sports, knowledge and experience in fastpitch softball as coach and umpire, and extensive business experience to create Future Stars. A fastpitch league focused on hosting tournaments in an underserved area to ensure all teams have access to tournaments in the Northeast Mississippi area
